Issued within the last 10 years, valid at least 3 months after leaving Schengen, with 2 blank pages.
Recent 3.5 × 4.5 cm photo on a white background.
Official letter stating business purpose, dates, duration and cost coverage.
Position, salary, employment details, business purpose and leave approval.
Commercial registry and tax card with originals, copies and required translation.
Original stamped and signed statement showing activity for the last 6 months.
Valid throughout Schengen for the full trip with minimum EUR 30,000 coverage.
Requirements are based on official information published by the Polish Embassy in Cairo. Additional documents may be requested and the final decision remains with the competent authority.
